Hello, thought I would suggest a podcast that I am certain will not only help you avoid the things you don't want to eat but give you oodles of information on the 'why' and great substitution ideas too!
Vegetarian Food for Thought. Its a fantastic educational podcast... try it you will love it! oh it's by Colleen Patrick Goudreau from Compassionate cooks, http://www.compassionatecooks.com/blog/index.html. Enjoy your journey!

So glad this worked to help your Monday morning! Mondays can be tricky, huh? Full of opportunity, as well as potential for feeling overwhelmed. Remembering we have some control of how we feel can be helpful! Thanks for commenting! - E.B.

Thank YOU for saying so! I'm glad you brought my attention back to this, as there's always something to loosen the grip upon. Right in this moment, I need to relax my body & not hold it with such tension. Have some aching joints today, but I can let go a little & relax some! Thanks!

Hey Victoria, Thanks for commenting on my posts! I'm so glad that you're reading & that this article helped you understand what I'm up to. I think it's not easy to understand because people associate the word "yoga" with so many different things, for better and for worse. It's always a happy day when someone gets it! Thanks again! Love, EB
